remember it is the duty of the speaker to provide a door prize
for the drawing at the end of the meeting. Your door prize should
not exceed $25.00.
If you cannot
fulfill the function as shown, it is your responsibility to swap places with
someone else and let the Secretary/Treasurer know of the change. Introducers:
You must schedule a one-on-one with the speaker for that week. Your
introduction of 30-60 seconds should include personal and professional
information about the speaker and could include some little known fact to make
the introduction interesting. Speakers: You are
responsible for providing a door prize of about $15-$25.00 dollars.
It should be something tangible that the winner can take from the meeting.
